Pipeline intelligence for independent financial advisors

Your next great client may already be in your pipeline.

AUMPulse shows you which prospect relationships are gaining momentum, which are going quiet, and who deserves your attention now, based on what was actually said and done.

The problem

A full calendar can lie.

The problem isn’t always a missed meeting. Sometimes it’s a relationship taking twice as long to move half as far.

Your CRM shows you where a prospect sits. Your calendar shows you when you’re supposed to meet. Neither makes it obvious when a relationship that still looks active is losing momentum.

The bar is the stage window, set when your pipeline is configured. Pace is one signal, not the whole picture.

Good prospects rarely announce that you’re losing them. They just get quieter.

Time tells you part of the story. Behavior tells you the rest.

Vital brings those signals together.

Vital™

Vital looks for evidence,
not activity.

Meetings kept. Commitments honored. Decision-makers engaged. Stage pace. Clear next steps.

Vital reads those signals together to show whether a relationship is actually healthy.

Healthy Enough evidence to score

Not enough evidence? No score.

Vital would rather say “not enough data yet” than pretend certainty where the evidence isn’t there.

  • Meetings kept 4 of 4
  • Commitments followed through on 3 of 3
  • Stage pace 12 of 35 days
  • Decision-makers engaged Spouse joined
  • Next meeting scheduled Not yet

Anyone can book a call. Vital is earned.

Where this sits

Your CRM remembers what happened. AUMPulse tells you what matters now.

Conversation to context

A transcript remembers every word.
It still doesn’t tell you what matters.

You can reread it. Search it. Ask an AI to summarize it. But the details that shape the relationship are often scattered across 45 minutes of conversation.

AUMPulse turns those moments into structured relationship context: intent, decision dynamics, commitments, timing, and next actions.

After the meeting

The meeting isn’t where your pipeline breaks. The ten minutes after it is.

A good meeting ends. Then the scavenger hunt begins.

Book the next call. Move the stage. Update the record. Log the commitment. Create the task. Capture the notes. Prepare the follow-up.

None of it is hard. That’s exactly why it gets pushed until later.

AUMPulse turns the post-meeting handoff into one outcome decision that can take ten seconds or less.

Your tools don’t fail because they’re bad tools. The handoffs fail because they depend on someone remembering to make them.

01 · One outcome

Tell AUMPulse what happened.

No reconstructing the meeting later just to keep the pipeline accurate.

02 · Ten seconds or less

Keep the relationship moving while the meeting is still fresh.

Stage, next step, and commitments stay connected to what actually happened.

03 · You control the send

Follow-up can be ready without going out on its own.

Review it. Confirm it. Then send it from your own mailbox.

Nothing sends on its own.

At firm scale

You shouldn’t need a pipeline meeting
to find out which pipeline needs help.

Every advisor has a feel for which relationships are moving, which are slowing, and which need attention. From the owner’s seat, that picture is much harder to see.

AUMPulse rolls relationship health up to the advisor level, so you can see the health of each advisor’s pipeline and know where to look first.

Rolled up from the Vital of the relationships in each advisor’s pipeline. Open an advisor to see them.

From one relationship’s health to the health of an advisor’s entire pipeline.

See the score. Then see the relationships behind it.

One relationship. One shared context.

And when more than one person touches the same relationship, the context stays with the relationship instead of living in whoever happened to be in the room.

Where this came from

I spent years helping advisors fill their calendars. Then I realized the calendar wasn’t the problem.

For years, my job was simple: help independent advisors get more qualified meetings. And we got very good at it.

Calendars filled. Pipelines looked active. Marketing was doing exactly what it was supposed to do.

But I kept seeing the same strange thing happen after the meeting.

Strong prospects would have good conversations, make real commitments, talk about spouses, timing, statements, transfers. Then they would slowly disappear into the machinery of the firm.

Not because anyone stopped caring.

Because the next meeting starts.

The prospect was still in the CRM. The notes still existed. Someone usually remembered part of the story.

The operational version was the same: every system depended on the advisor remembering to update another system after the meeting.

What was missing was the relationship itself: the momentum, the commitments, the context, and what had changed.

That became the question behind AUMPulse:

What if an advisor’s pipeline could remember the relationship as well as the advisor does?

Trust

Your conversations aren’t training somebody else’s AI.

Advisors should ask hard questions about what happens to prospect conversations. Here’s exactly how AUMPulse handles them today, including what we have, what we don’t, and where the boundaries are.

The transcript isn’t stored.

Conversation content is processed during the meeting workflow and isn’t retained by AUMPulse as a stored transcript.

Audio is temporarily handled by the recording provider and deleted once synthesis completes.

No model training on your data.

Your firm’s conversations are used to provide AUMPulse to your firm, not to train a shared model for other customers.

You decide when it listens, and when anything sends.

The meeting assistant doesn’t join until you admit it. Follow-up drafts wait for your review before anything is sent.

Recording disclosure and consent remain the advisor’s responsibility.

Nothing sends on its own.

Take your data with you.

Export your pipeline when you need it, and remove prospect history when it no longer belongs in AUMPulse.

AUMPulse is not currently SOC 2 certified.

We haven’t completed our own SOC 2 audit, and we won’t imply otherwise. The infrastructure providers we use may hold their own certifications, but those certifications belong to them, not to AUMPulse.

We’d rather tell you exactly where we stand than make you discover it in diligence.

The value

Before you pay for another lead, look at the relationships you’ve already earned.

You already paid to create the meeting. You already earned the conversation. Before you invest in more prospects, make sure you’re getting everything you can from the relationships already in motion.

This isn’t another login we hand you and walk away from.

AUMPulse is installed around how your firm already works. We map the pipeline with you and establish the starting baseline together.

Software gives you the visibility. The quarterly work helps you do something with it.

For perspective, not a projection

$1Maverage relationship
× 1%annual fee
× 2additional clients
= $20,000/yearin annual fee revenue

AUMPulse can’t promise that a prospect becomes a client. The point is that one relationship recovered or advanced can materially change the economics.

Example figures only. Not a projection of your results.

We earn the next quarter.

Every 90 days, we review what AUMPulse is showing you and decide together whether to continue, expand, or stop cleanly.

No annual lock-in. No setup fee.

One quarter to prove we belong.

The working session

Give me 45 minutes. We’ll find the first place your pipeline is leaking.

Bring your real pipeline and the way your firm actually works. This is a working session, not a product tour. We’ll trace what happens from meeting to meeting and identify one concrete place worth improving, whether or not we ever work together.

01 · Acquisition

Where your meetings actually come from

02 · Handoff

What happens after a meeting ends

03 · Momentum

Where relationships slow, stall, or disappear

04 · Visibility

What your current systems miss

The goal of the call isn’t to show you AUMPulse. It’s to understand your pipeline.

45 minutes · No deck · No pressure

Questions

Answered straight.

No. Your CRM remains your system of record. AUMPulse interprets the relationship: momentum, commitments, and what needs attention next.

When you want information in your CRM, you control the move. AUMPulse produces an export for Wealthbox, Redtail, or CSV that you import. There is no automatic sync and no background write, so this is not a live integration.

Inside AUMPulse: the stage, the next step, open commitments, and follow-up state. That is what one tap after the call is for.

One thing does leave AUMPulse. If you book the next meeting from that screen, the invite sends from your connected calendar, because you asked for it. Nothing is written to your CRM.

Vital reads what a relationship has done, not how busy it looks. Once there is enough history it watches kept and missed meetings, commitments that are still open, time in stage against the pace your firm normally holds, and whether a dated next step is on the clock.

Until there is enough evidence, Vital does not produce a score. It says so instead. Vital is not a prediction. It is a reading of what the relationship has proven.

No. A lead score estimates how likely someone is to buy. Vital reports what has already happened between you. A prospect can have a full calendar and still be losing momentum, which is the case Vital exists to catch. It is not a probability-to-close score.

The relationship intelligence is software. Structuring what was said, holding the relationship context, tracking commitments and stage pace, producing Vital, and preparing follow-up drafts all happen in the product.

The founder-led work is fit and installation: connecting your calendar, mail, video, and pipeline import, configuring your stages, outcomes, and advisors, then the operating review every 90 days and one prioritized improvement. It exists so the software matches how your firm runs, not to produce the output by hand.

AUMPulse does not retain the conversation as a stored transcript. It is read in memory during processing and never written to AUMPulse storage, so there is no stored transcript for anyone to read, including me. Audio is handled temporarily by the recording provider and deleted once synthesis completes.

What AUMPulse keeps is the structured relationship context: the brief, the commitments, the outcome, and the send record. The full detail is on the security and data practices page.

No. Your firm’s conversations are used to provide AUMPulse to your firm, not to train a shared model for other customers. The vendors involved and the terms that bind them are named on the security and data practices page.

No. Follow-up drafts wait for your review. Nothing sends on its own. When you confirm a draft it sends from your own connected mailbox, so the copy of record sits in your firm’s mail system under your retention and journaling tools.

Independent financial advisors and advisory firms that already generate prospect conversations and want better visibility into what happens between meetings. It fits firms running at least ten intro calls a month, working mainly with households at $500,000 or more.

Below about ten prospect meetings a month there is not enough activity for the data to say anything honest, and AUMPulse is more than you need. It also will not fix a weak offer or create demand that isn’t there.

There is no annual lock-in and no setup fee. At the 90-day review we decide together whether to continue, expand, or stop cleanly.

Your pipeline exports with you as a Wealthbox file, a Redtail file, or a full CSV, including contacts, stages, outcomes, attribution, claims, and notes. Exports do not include audio or transcripts, because those were never kept. For full account closure we confirm the deletion path and timeline with you in writing.
